Recycled Materials
We are commited to reducing environmental impact wherever possible.
We are happy to provide 100% recycled paperboard for our products upon request. Our 100% reycled paperboard consists of the following:
- Post-Consumer Waste Paper - 90%
- Pre-Consumer Waste Paper - 5%
- Internally generated Pre-Consumer Mill trim waste - 5%
100% recycled paperboard is made on an 8-ply cylinder machine. Each ply is couched and pressed together to form a single unified sheet. Through pressing and drying most of the moisture is extracted. Each layer is simila except the fiber composition on the outer layers.

Soy based inks are also available upon request.
